Payshops starts new communications campaign with a contest
15 July, 2020
Payshop has started a new communication campaign with a contest (SMS) to disclose how easy and fast it is to top-up mobile phones at the CTT/Payshop network.
Payshop, market leader in on-site payments, is part of the CTT Group and is a payments institution regulated by Banco de Portugal. This campaign aims at showing how easy and fast it is to top-up your mobile phone in one of more than 7.000 CTT/Payshop payment spots all over the country.
The pre-paid mobile phones’ top-up is available at CTT/Payshop payment spots (Payshop agents, CTT post offices and outlets), and enables customers to top-up any of the national operators Vodafone, MEO, NOS, NOWO and Lycamobile.
Regarding the contest itself, to win and double your top-up amount the user will have to top-up his/her phone in one of the CTT/Payshop payment spots, and send an SMS to no. 3939 (free) with a rhyme that includes the words “Top-up” and “double”. To validate the participation, the SMS must start with the word “Payshop”.
The most creative rhymes – assessed by a Payshop jury – will be awarded. There will be 20 users/day to double their top-up. The customer may participate more than once, as long as he/she makes a new top-up (1 top-up = 1 participation).
The campaign is taking place at CTT Post Offices and Payshop agents, at Rádio Comercial, CTT and Payshop websites and social media. The creative proposal is divided into 2 parts: the campaign’s general theme (“top-up, rhyme, double”) and the awarded theme (“We already have winner rhymes”)
The campaign, started on July 15th, will end in August 15th. Creativity is from Havas and the agency MediaCom.
CTT is implementing mitigation measures concerning the CoviD-19 virus, following all recommendations established by the competent authorities and ensuring the customers’ and employees’ safety.
