Locky, a CTT Group company, has the brand's first hybrid locker in operation at the recent and innovative Health and Wellness centre in the municipality of Almada, Farmácia Nova da Sobreda. This 16-door public locker functions as a CTT delivery outlet and is simultaneously supplied by the pharmacy with orders placed online. This installation is the result of a partnership established between Locky and the 4Farma Group, with new lockers expected to be installed in that network.

This solution allows a pharmacy, or any retailer, to use a nearby locker for their business, thus providing a better experience for their customers. We currently have the largest network of smart lockers in Portugal and our goal is to continue expanding it, reaching all business areas and geographical positions”.

Locky lockers are an extremely convenient solution for online sales, allowing customers total autonomy. The Locky network is expanding rapidly and already has more than 700 lockers, both public, click & collect and corporate, located in various places from north to south, including intermodal transport hubs, shopping centres, university campuses, physical retail chains and, in the case of corporate lockers, in companies.

The entire Locky smart locker network now allows orders to be sent and returned. The whole process is simple and intuitive: all you need is a valid parcel with a shipping label. Then all you have to do is go to the Locky Portal to register the shipment, select your preferred Locky locker and then deposit the parcel.
