This Monday, September 7th, CTT inaugurates a new post office concept at the CTT Post Office in Lamaçães, Braga. It is based on an innovative relationship between customers and CTT.

In the scope of the CTT e-commerce corporate strategy, CTT has been implementing an automatic parcel lockers’ network to meet the customers’ needs and conveniences when receiving their parcels.

The 24h parcel locker provided at the Lamaçães Post Office has digital and global self-service offers.

The customer may receive parcels, send mail or buy postal products for 24h/day. It will also offer 24h parcel lockers, where customers may receive their parcels more conveniently. There will also be retail products at the vending machine, apart from an ATM, where the customers may withdraw money and make payments and bank transfers

Currently, CTT offers 25 24h parcels lockers, located in places such as multiple transport platforms, shopping centers, university campuses or physical retail networks.

The places are selected for their potential customers, enabling these the possibility to receive their parcels while maintaining their routines, with full control of the parcels collection time.

Apart from the 24h Parcel Lockers Public Network, CTT has also developed a solution - 24h Corporate Lockers - to meet the challenges of companies that wish to automatize their employees’ reception and delivery of e-commerce items.
